Registration CHECK! and your Plane Tickets CHECK! You&#8217;re ready to tackle the FORMS! You&#8217;ll find all the Necessary Paperwork listed on page 9 of the Let&#8217;s Go Booklet that you got when you took Troop Tripping- You&#8217;ll need to submit to your Activity Consultant:<br \/>\n<strong>Trip\/Event Permission Form &amp; Activity Approval<\/strong> (she should already have the one you turned in last summer when you decided to take the trip&#8230;but this one will hav<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">e all the details filled in!),<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><strong>Detailed Itinerary<\/strong> (you might not be ready to turn this in yet, but let your activity consultant know that you&#8217;re working on it. Your girls may still be planning what to do and some decisions may be based on reaching your cookie sales goals. Get it in by early April.)<br \/>\nShe&#8217;ll also want to know that you have <strong>proof of extra insurance<\/strong> and have done the <strong>Safety and Risk Management Plan<\/strong>. (As part of your plan think about how you&#8217;ll find a missing girl, bringing pictures of each of the girls on your phone is a good idea just in case. If the girls are lodging in separate rooms think about evacuation plans during the night if there is an earthquake. What&#8217;s your plan if a girl gets injured? Find the nearest hospital and put the name and address on your Safety Management Plan)<br \/>\nYou&#8217;ll want to have <strong>health histories<\/strong> for girls and adults and&nbsp;<strong>permission to give over the counter medications <\/strong>which are now in your<strong> Annual Permission<\/strong> and at least one<strong> Accident Report Form<\/strong> (I tuck mine into my first aid kit so I&#8217;ve always got one with me or the troop first aider.)<br \/>\nGive your in-town contact and Activity Consultant a copy of<strong> emergency contact info<\/strong> for girls and adults (I usually type emergency numbers out on a spreadsheet so they&#8217;re more compact. You&#8217;ll compile that list when the permission slips come back to you.)<br \/>\nIf you&#8217;re driving you should have <strong>Transporting Girl Scouts<\/strong> signed on file with you and each driver should have forms for the girls in their car. All parents should have a copy of your itinerary and should know that if plans change that you&#8217;ll let them know through the In-town contact.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;ll find all the forms on the council website.
