This year there is a new training for leaders called “Journeys Made Easy”. I’ve had lots of leaders ask me how to get started or about which ones I like best and I thought that the website would be a good place to share our collective ideas about what to do and about what makes a good “Take Action” project. I invite you to go to the page for the particular journey that you’ve taken and to tell us what worked for you (and what didn’t), what field trip and action project your troop enjoyed and if you would recommend it to others.
First let me share my favorite council resources:
Program Overview and Journey Resource – This book goes over specific program ideas for the first two Journey themes – It’s Your World Change it! and It’s Your Planet, Love it!
